Arc Erosion Process

  • In cases where the CNC machining center does not allow, a plunge erosion operation is performed. The operation is performed on the mold thanks to the copper electrodes cut in the wire erosion.

  • The aim here is to increase the strength of the tongues and reduce the risk of breakage.
